Our first Mystic Body Meditation is a mindful meditation on the first 11 chakras. In this meditation we will guide you to listening to your chakras and introduce you to moving energy in and out of your chakras in order to open them up and align your chakras to free up your energy, promote healing, combat the effects of aging, calm your mind and balance your emotions. We are excited to share the 12th chakra with you in an episode that will air in a couple of weeks.  We hope you enjoy this journey towards peace, good cheer and enlightenment and find the unlimited potential within your mystic body.
