Nadine Shaw, is a 47 years young, married, mother of two young children, Louie (6) and Winnie (5). Nadine is an absolute trailblazer! She competed again in 2010 and 2011 on a team representing Sydney’s CrossFit Ignite. She recalls the heydays, shares about the old days of CrossFit and running one of the first CrossFit gyms in Australia, becoming a mum, then selling CrossFit ignite in 2019.
