24. Morning Affirmations

Start the day with positive affirmations!  This is great for kids, teens and adults.  Listen in bed, put on in the car as you head to school or work, or anytime you need a quick reset.   Morning Affirmations  I  am worthy of love and belonging. I love myself. I matter, no matter what. I am an important part of my family.  I am strong and capable. I am enough, I have always been enough.   I am grateful for my body. My body is an instrument for good.   My breath nourishes my body, mind and soul.
