Lisa is a certified Intuitive Eating Health Coach, workshop facilitator, and meal planning expert. Through Intuitive Eating, she helps women make peace with their food and body.

Lisa helps women learn how to listen, trust, and respect their body resulting in being happy, healthy, and confident at any size. She combines nutritional coaching, accountability, and implementing “one small change at a time” to achieve long-term sustainability. Lisa runs Lisa Dahl Wellness, where she offers her premier program Body Peace & Food Freedom.

Lisa has certifications in Intuitive Eating from the Original Intuitive Eating Pros, Evelyn Tribole, and Health and Wellness Coaching by Precision Nutrition (PN2). She is a facilitator through Be Body Positive and Gratefulness.org. Lisa is trained in motivational interviewing, NASM Certified for Personal Training, TRX qualified, and continuously advances her education in nutrition, coaching, and mindfulness. She also supports her clients, as the former proprietor of Simply Dahlicious Catering, by teaching them to efficiently prepare healthy and tasty meals.
