REPOST: How To Shift From Tracking To Intuitive Eating

Let’s talk about eating intuitively. Maybe you’ve been tracking your food for a while and you’re curious about shifting to a more intuitive way of eating.  Maybe your lifestyle no longer supports precise weighing and tracking.  Maybe you want to get more in touch with your body and trust its signals rather than relying on external measures of success (like hitting your macros and your body weight on the scale).    This kind of shift can feel a little scary. You may have questions like: “Will I lose all the progress I made while I was tracking food?” “Can I really trust myself and my body without monitoring my intake?” “Where does the scale come into play? Should I weigh myself and use that as a marker of progress?” In our latest episode of the WAG podcast, Adee answers these questions and many more during a live coaching session with former WAG member Klaudia Rossol.  Klaudia spent several months strictly weighing and tracking her food. Since then, she has shifted to intuitive eating. She has come to Adee with concerns about whether intuitive eating is right for her and whether she’s doing it correctly.  If you are curious about intuitive eating and how to trust your body’s signals, you’ll love this episode!  We would love to hear from you!
