A fascinating discussion with Holistic Dentist, Dr Ron Ehrlich on holistic stress management for optimal wellbeing. We cover the five key stressors, the five pillars of health and much more     Bio:    Dr Ron Ehrlich graduated from Sydney University in 1978. He is one of Australia's leading holistic health practitioners, educators and a dentist. For over 30 years he has explored the many connections between oral health and general health, and the impact of stress on our health and well-being. He has presented his courses, workshops and keynotes to health practitioners and the public across the UK and Australia. He gained his fellowship in 1996 and is a board member of the Australasian College of Nutritional a Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and is also chairman of their Advocacy Committee. He is board member a co-founder of Nourishing Australia, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to informing people about the critical importance of healthy soils, nutrient-dense foods and sustainable farming. Dr Ron forms one half of the podcast duo The Good Doctors.
