But, the biggest news of the day is Hyatt's acquisition of Mr. & Mrs. Smith.  There are still plenty of questions, but this could be huge for Hyatt's luxury lodging portfolio.

Ed locks up lifetime Hilton Diamond status and gets a pretty nice gift in the mail to commemorate the achievement.
