Plant Medicine Stories From Childhood To Motherhood with Sonya Yamaguchi

In this episode of The Herbalist's Path, Mel interviews Sonya Yamaguchi, an herbalist and author, about her journey with plants and herbalism.

Sonya talks about the importance of plants and herbs in her life, and how they provide her with a sense of support and nourishment, both physically and spiritually.

She shares her experience of learning about herbalism through hands-on experience with plants and through online courses, and talks about her book, 'Plant Medicine Stories; Super Noni and Friends,' which includes recipes and a curriculum for children.

Sonya's one piece of advice for new moms looking to use plant medicine with their families is to start small and just get started.
