This guided 20 minute body scan meditation will help ease you into full body relaxation. This meditation can be performed anytime of the day. In the morning, as a means to decrease tension in the body + mind and welcome the day on. A midday destressing tool giving you a second or third wind. Or most popularly, it can be used to guide the whole body into relaxation at bedtime allowing restful sleep. As you begin to tune into your body, locating where there may be tension, this meditation will follow you through until you have reached a deep easeful state, loosening every muscle along the way leaving you feeling happy, light and euphoric. This meditation can be done laying down or sitting up right if you are experiencing higher levels of tension.
