Ida Bergsløkken is a performance chef and nutritionist from Oslo, Norway who works with the British cross-country ski team and the Norwegian national biathlon team as a team chef. An accomplished athlete and accredited sports nutritionist as well as a background in engineering, Ida combines all of her skills and knowledge to fuel high-level endurance athletes with delicious and beautiful food.
