The manhunt for accused killer Peter Manfredonia concluded on Wednesday night, when the suspect walked out of the woods near Hagerstown, Maryland, and surrendered to law enforcement. Authorities in New York identify one of the victims of the Gilgo Beach killer as 24-year-old Valerie Mack, from Philadelphia. Finally, as protests over George Floyd’s death continue in Minneapolis, it emerges that two of the four officers involved in the incident have been previously implicated in misconduct.
