Detective Mike Proctor (Ret.), is considered a pioneer in the investigation of stalking.  Now he’s sharing details from some of the hundreds of stalking cases he’s investigated over his 33-year career.  As a member of the Westminster Police Department located in Orange County, California, Detective Proctor (Ret.) began investigating stalking crimes in 1991 eventually developing a stalking protocol that’s now utilized in both the United States and abroad.  He was awarded “Detective of the Year” three times and has appeared on AaE, BBC America, America’s Most Wanted, CNN, and Fox News.
