Scott: I just want everybody to take from this podcast what they want. One of the things I get from this podcast and it kind of aligns with what Steve said that solidifies it, and that is, everybody does something because they have a problem, everybody is looking and calling you about their land because they have a problem. So figure out how to solve their problem and the minute you solve their problem, you will not have any issues with money or sales. You just try solving out what problem they're trying to solve. Solve it!

Steve: My tip is 'Challenge Yourself'. I think the trouble is we get into the rough and I constantly challenge myself. Challenging yourself doesn't mean you get into deals that are expensive. It could be listening to the different radio stations, it could be like trying an appetizer on a restaurant that you don't know what it is, it could be like turning left when you're supposed to turn right just to see the area of your neighborhood looks like. When you try something different, it gets your mind engages and builds up a habit that triggers like "oh, we're trying new things", in which you become open with new things. Try something different with low liability, low cost, and get your head to engage in building a habit to be open.
