A spike in online holiday shopping this season means a spike in RETURNED packages too. In fact, the National Retail Federation said fifty-five-percent of shoppers plan on returning gifts this month. That’s good news for U-P-S… the Fortune 500 company expects to process a record 2-million returned packages. That may seem like a lot of inventory to move – but U-P-S’s C-E-O David Abney said when it comes to speed and technology – we ain’t seen nothing yet.
