Keith Littlewood spent the first twenty five years of his career in the fitness and rehabilitation industry working around the world helping to get clients out of pain and stronger. Now working as an independent researcher and coach studying the effects of the environment and endocrine responses, and also working as a coach globally with those who want to better energy, digestion, mood, fertility, pain and other hormone related outcomes. He holds degrees in fitness, health and endocrinology with additional studies in neuroscience, nutrition, rehabilitation therapy, sleep biology, functional medicine and provides seminars to both client and clinician on a variety of related topics.
