She creates the space for them to let go of the baggage they have been carrying around and start to believe in themselves. She helps people thrive through adversity and stay sober through it all. She teaches how to live life loving yourself, feeling worthy and excited for each new day.

Her lived experience, Master Level Arcturian Reiki and Light Healing Practitioner Certification, Practical Nurse Diploma, and Addictions Careworker Diploma make her uniquely qualified to assist people through their most difficult times.
