Clive Tyldesley - "How I commentated on United history"

This week on the UTD Podcast we speak to a legend of football commentary, Clive Tyldesley.

Clive told us about being a Manchester United fan when he was a child, regularly going to Old Trafford to watch the likes of George Best, Bobby Charlton and his hero Denis Law.

We then, of course, heard his version of events from Camp Nou in 1999, where Clive’s commentary is synonymous with the dramatic climax of the Champions League Final. He told us where those magical words came from and how he looks back on those two pivotal goals now.

Sam, Helen and Maysie also read out your emails at the end of the episode. If you'd like to write to the only official Manchester United Podcast then e-mail utdpodcast@manutd.co.uk

If you'd like to listen through our back-catalogue, the best place to do that is over on the Manchester United App, where you can listen to and watch all of our episodes in full for free!

We'd also love it if you could leave us a rating and review wherever you listen to your podcasts.
