Fresh off the June 4, 2020 premier of her TEDx talk, "Dare to Lead like a Girl," consultant and seasoned global marketing executive Dalia Feldheim joins the Connections That Matter Podcast to share learnings from two pivotal, contrasting tales of leadership from her work experience. The first was during her time as a young brand manager at PaG, where she was encouraged to be herself and empowered to deliver great results. Dalia went on to play a central role in developing the iconic, award-winning #likeagirl campaign. The second was her experience in a toxic environment later in her career, as a member of the C-suite of another major consumer products company.
