Welcome to the first episode in the Expansion Series! I am so excited for this series. I love the idea of expansion because oftentimes, we think that we need to grow or excel at a fast pace. But this concept of expanding for whatever reason, in my mind at least, gives me the permission to do it slowly. So the purpose of this expansion series is to talk through what expansion is going to look like as you go on through your life. You want to continue to expand your confidence and your relationship with yourself because we can ALWAYS continue to grow.

In this specific episode, we are talking about "Expanding Your Enjoyment". This is a NEXT LEVEL confidence concept that I did not understand until recently and I cannot wait to share it with you!
