Do you choose a theme or a word to set your intentions as you walk into a new year? New Year's resolutions usually go by the wayside within a few weeks, but I've found that having a word before me is helpful. In this episode Tami shares a plan for the first quarter of 2019, and how she decides what her theme word for the year should be. It's often not what she would like it to be, but it ends up creating a year of thoughtful momentum in an area that needs work. Tami's word for this year is GO. What's your word?
