Saving BBB’s climate investment

The Build Back Better act is still stalled in the upper chamber. But, while the Senate tussles with voting rights, House Democrats are strategizing about changes to the legislation’s social spending policies that they hope will keep its major climate and clean energy investments in tact, even if that means breaking up the package.
