Culture Factor

What has risen from the ashes of 2020? The creator economy. Innovators, builders, solopreneurs, freelancers...the gig economy is emerging. Talent has not waited, it has birthed the big idea. According to Forbes, 57 million Americans are engaged in gig work that contributes more than $1 trillion to the U.S. economy annually. And it is predicted this growth will represent more than half of the U.S. workforce by 2023. This dynamic shift is the backbone of the future of work. Partnerships and networks that allow for further invention and scale are coming out of the communities we created when we went remote. The 4th industrial revolution and post recession will be collaboration over competition. This is what the new normal looks like. This is our renaissance and I’m so glad to share these stories with you on Culture Factor. You now have a front row seat to creator culture and into the places where the magic is being made. You can follow Culture Factor wherever you get your podcast fix and hope that you will take the time to rate, review and share. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to donate or sponsor this show.
