How to Overcome Fear of failure?

Are you someone who is thinking of attempting something but not able to do it? Whenever you try to achieve your goal, you have a fear of failure, which stops you. Then you have come to the right place. My name is Poulomi Bhattacharya and in this podcast, I will share with you three powerful strategies to overcome your fear of failure. The first strategy to overcome the fear of failure is to utilize the power of imagination and visualization. Now close your eyes and start imagining about things that you will get once you achieve your goal. For example, if you want to become a singer, close your eyes and imagine yourself singing in front of a large audience. Keep practicing this and you will see the power of imagination will start working in your favour. You will soon have no fear and you will be able to attempt to reach your goal. The second strategy to overcome this fear is to start doing positive affirmations. For example, if you want to become an entrepreneur, stand in front of a mirror and start saying, “I am a successful entrepreneur”, “I do not have any blockage”, “I am not afraid of failures”, and “I can overcome all challenges”. After doing this on a daily basis for a week, you will start showing positive signs of becoming an entrepreneur. Your mind will be more open to receive ideas that will help you grow in your field. The third strategy is to write down all the problems that you are facing at the current moment. Now try to find solutions to these problems. Sometimes, you will get ideas, sometimes you need to talk with your close friends to find the solutions. The best way to find the solution of your problem is by asking yourself a few questions: 1. Why I am facing these problems? 2. What is the root cause of my problems? 3. When these problems started? When you will ask yourself these questions, you will start finding the answers on your own accord. This will help you get down to the solutions. So these are my three strategies that will help you overcome your fear of failure.
