Buyers Take Advantage of Soft Market While ROFR Monster Sleeps

Buyers are taking advantage of the soft market and buying with increased confidence that Disney will not exercise their right of first refusal (ROFR). We've seen a correction in market price spike during COVID when buyers had excess cash and pent-up demand to go on vacation. However, inventory has been significantly reduced over the last two months. Buyers are still buying, and the reduced prices motivate them to make offers and close deals on resale contracts.
