On today's podcast I had the honor of speaking with Lieutenant Colonel Tony Kurz. In addition to his full time duties in the Armyu, LTC Kurz also represents the US Army Warrior Fitness Team. Most recently, LTC Kurz finished 2nd in the Masters Fitness Collective Championship. LTC Kurz also competed as a masters athlete in the 2019 CrossFit Games. Today we talk about what the US Army Warrior Fitness Team is, the fantastic event the Masters Fitness Collective put on, the cancellation of the 2020 CF Games for masters, and what 2021 might look like.
