How many times have you started something: working out, a new work regimen or wanting to do something new and you found yourself falling off track in just a few short weeks? It’s not your fault. You can thank the reptilian part of your brain for pulling you off track. However, that part of your brain is pulling you off track to keep you on track with your old habits, whether they serve you or not. Most people think they need the motivation to get things done, but that’s not necessarily true.
