Today is the start of something new at The Functional Times! We are starting a new bi-weekly podcasting format where we spend 10-15 minutes bringing you the latest news from around the functional fitness world. New podcasts will be dropping every Monday and Thursday...with Thursdays being a preview of weekend events and functional fitness headlines from throughout the week. Mondays we will highlight results from the weekend and talk about any other functional fitness news that has occurred.
