Dr. Eliza Gordon is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Utah working in bariatrics and weight management. She earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Health & Psychology from the University of Florida. She also has a Master's in Public Health and a background in personal training. In our conversation, we explore the contentious topic of food addiction, taking a deep dive into the latest scientific evidence on the matter.
