I have been hearing talk about shame recently with regard to black lives matter, politics, and our choices. This really got me to thinking about nutritional shame. We shame ourselves for breaking from our diet for one meal. We shame ourselves for having that one cup of ice cream. We shame ourselves for having a basket of french fries. How do we stop that little voice in our head from dismantling our very beings because of what we ate?
