About GalaxShe GalaxShe is a platform for advancing women’s voice and leadership to accelerate career equality. We are working towards women’s full and effective participation at all levels of decision-making. GalaxShe has 4 levers of change - Aspirations, Skills, Confidence and Opportunities. We are working towards helping women reignite their aspirations, build skills for leadership roles and boost confidence in order to take up senior decision-making roles in organisations. We also work with organisations to help build a more conducive environment and create opportunities that will result in better career experiences for women.
