265: Keeping Festive Food in check - William Porter & Tips for a Sober Xmas

Its Christmas so we WILL be overeating.....probably ....but we can take a more balanced approach with a few basic tips.  William Porter of Alcohol Explained and Diet and Fitness Explained shares some knowledge of how the brain works, and how we can curb our cravings, especially helpful if the sugar monster is descending!

William is also recording a special guest slot on how the brain works for our 'intention setting' 2 hour workshop on Sun Jan 7. There is a small ticket price donating to the Sober Club Giveback fund.
