Salome works to direct the field and digital operations for the Florida Climate Pledge, a state-wide campaign to educate Florida residents and policymakers on the everyday impacts of the climate crisis. Salome also leads the environmental and climate policy advocacy work focusing on how climate issues disproportionately impact frontline communities.   Esther Sosa focuses on environmental policy and developing strategic partnerships. She serves as the project manager for the Environmental Defense Fund’s Diverse Partners initiative, which focuses on building and expanding a network of allies to support climate-related advocacy efforts. Esther is passionate about creating connections and collaboration between elected officials and community groups and other NGOs to advance climate change legislation that is equitable and just.   ????
