#0013 Backyard Chicken Butchery (How we got Here)
In this episode we talk about our journey learning to butcher our own pastured poultry in our own backyard. We also talk about our week and upcoming events that we will be speaking at! Coming from the city just outside of Los Angeles we were researching on how to raise our own chickens. We took a workshop at Primal Pastures in Temecula, CA and that started us on our homesteading journey where we now raise and butcher a years worth of chicken for our family in the mountains of North Carolina.
