We have another listener request minisode! She asked for a theme on taking up space and everything that comes along with it.  Since this is one of my favorite topics and I just happened to write a book– Make Some Noise–  that contains a chapter with this topic, I thought I’d read a few excerpts from it, and riff on those niche topics.  First up, I get into what taking up space really looks like, and how it shows up in our lives.  Then is why we don’t take up space and what it’s costing us. Like, why does it matter?  And finally, I spend some time talking about the how.
