The post-covid world has had several implications, we have seen an enormous rise in the number of stress-related disorders, and while, worldwide, there has been an acknowledgment to prioritise mental health and self-care, there is still a social stigma holding patients back from seeking psychological services in the UAE.
In this episode, we had a chat with Inas, the co-founder of Takalam, at STEP conference 2022. Takalam is a startup that is changing the game when it comes to mental health in individuals and corporations. Takalam is helping address the taboo around mental health and has created a platform where customers can be paired with more than 50 leading experts that meet their requirements, and can do so, anonymously and in an easy-to-use interface.
