247. An Update on Our 2024 Goals (+ an app we're both loving!)

I am so excited to dive into today's episode! Jesse and I are giving you an update on our 2024 goals, and let me tell you, it's been a journey! We're mid-February now, and I recently took a deep dive into my goals, reviewing what's working, what's not working, and what I've learned so far, with accountability being key!


Tune in as I share insights into my journey, from hitting 47 hours of outdoor time in chilly January to tackling protein goals, and yes, I confess, not all goals are on track – turning off screens by 8:30 p.m. has especially been a bit of a challenge.


Jesse also provides us with some updates on his sleep, cold shower challenges, and exercise goals, revealing that we are using the Strides app to stay on track. Strides has truly been a game-changer, so if you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely worth a shot!
