You don't have to wait and nor should you wait until your business is at some kind of arbitrary level of success or until you have your stuff together enough in order to run a group program. 

You can run a group program anytime and it's an amazing way to get proof of concept and learn about the people that you want to help.

There's so much interesting research that shows us just how much easier it is to get repeat business than it is to go out and create new customers. Of course, we love new customers, but if we can create that loyalty, that repeat business, that super fan effect, not only will you have better business results, but you're going to enjoy running your business that much more.
