In this episode of A New Way of Living, Judith Kravitz joins me to discuss transformational breathing, having an intentional breathing practice, and the connection to our divine nature.

Judith is a Breathwork pioneer. Beginning in the late 1970s, she has molded the crest of modern breathwork with love, skill and intuition helping hundreds of thousands worldwide. She’s the author of the book Breathe Deep, Laugh Loudly which has been translated into eight languages.

In 1994, she founded the Transformational Breath Foundation and its training programs, and still serves as its Executive Director. I’m so excited to have Judith on the show today to hear her story and journey of connecting with her breath, and how she’s helping people all over the world do the same.
