Welcome to today's YouTube For Realtors WALK AND TALK #6- I have so many things going through my head every day about YouTube for Realtors that I just want to get it all out! I get asked so many questions everyday and coach so many agents it's time to answer all of those in depth, on my walk to the gym!

 

In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Key Indicators I Look for When Growing a YouTube Channel for Real Estate. Things I look for when starting a new YouTube channel or making videos. One of the things I keep doing is coaching myself every day, which is something we can't master, and it's one of the reasons I'm able to answer any question that thrown out my way. I have experienced rough road on my way to where I am now. There's a lot more to learn in the future. One way of looking for key indicators was watching videos on Youtube, I was wondering why some videos have different titles but has the same content or they keep on saying the same things. We should be saying the real information the people needed. From repeating the videos I’m watching that’s where I learn the key indicators, Analytics and Data to study my own Channel. It leads me to learning about Analytic Structure, Average utilization and quick due rates, which we are basically not looking at. We were only concern as a real estate agent the views of our videos which Digital Marketing is telling us, which is basically a non-sense.  The key indicators I want to share with you are these things. First is to making a long video, Higher quick due-rates, great storytelling, creating great thumbnails and lastly was to keep on researching. In this walk talk, you will hear all the raw and true information that will help you monitor your average utilization, analytics and data.
