For a long time, I didn’t know what I wanted sexually. I had very little idea of what turned me on. I had some ideas… things I’d heard about that I wanted to try but I was far too shy to ask for it! It was only after I began practicing Tantra and I felt like I was given permission to enjoy myself and express myself sexually that I started to feel okay with accepting pleasure and my sexual desires.
