EPISODE 240: Interview with Yael Rosenstock
Yael Rosenstock is a sexologist focused on inclusive sex education with extensive DEIJ experience. Workshop developer and facilitator, author, speaker, publisher, curriculum developer, and consultant.
As a queer, polyamorous, white Nuyorican Jew, Yael has always been interested in understanding the multi-level experiences of individuals. This led her to found Kaleidoscope Vibrations, LLC, a company dedicated to supporting and creating spaces for individuals to explore and find community in their identities, and well as Sex Positive You, to center sexuality journeys.
She has been engaged in workshop development and facilitation since 2005 with children, youth, and adults. Before establishing her own company, she spent 6 years with the Center for Ethnic, Racial, and Religious Understanding starting as the program coordinator, then Director of Programming, and finally Associate Director.
She currently writes for several sex-related companies, is pursuing a PhD in Health Behavior at IU Bloomington, and engages in research with the Center for Sexual Health Promotion, in addition to consulting work and her business.
