Squatter crisis, single adults' income, State Farm scaling back in CA, and rising insurance premiums

S.9 E.28 There is a growing crisis in the United States as squatters are taking over American homes. Also, single adults are struggling in this economy, and there is new information that show how much money they need to make to live comfortably in expensive American cities such as Chicago and New York. The insurance market in California got a huge shock because of State Farm's recent announcement of not renewing 72000 home and apartment policies. And finally, why are insurance premiums rising across the country? In this episode, I discuss these issues.
