1. The Delhi High court will deliver its order on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's challenged to his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the alleged liquor policy scam case today at 4 pm. Senior Advocate Abhishek Singhvi, appearing for Arvind Kejriwal, questioned the agency's 'delaying tactics' and claimed there was no need for the probe agency to arrest the Delhi Chief Minister without questioning him first. The AAP chief also claimed that he will be released after the elections are over on June 2 alleging a political conspiracy behind his arrest. 2. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at 20 locations in Chandigarh, including the residence of the Punjab Excise Commissioner, in connection to the 'Guava Orchard Compensation' scam. The residence of Punjab Excise Commissioner Varun Roojam is located in Chandigarh's Sector 20. 3. The ED submitted its charge sheet against Suraj Chavan, a Shiv Sena (UBT) functionary, for his alleged role in the case. The agency provisionally attached Chavan's immovable properties worth Rs 88.51 lakh. Chavan allegedly received ₹1.35 crore out of the proceeds of the crime. 4. The Shiv Sena released its first list of 16 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, nominating former Union ministers Anant Geete and Arvind Sawant from Raigad and South Mumbai constituencies respectively. The party also fielded Rajan Vichare from Thane, Amol Kirtikar from Mumbai North-West, and Sanjay Patil from Mumbai North-East. 5. Six people are feared dead after a ship crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in US' Baltimore causing it to collapse and plunge into water. Authorities have called off rescue operations, presuming that those missing have died in the collision.
