This episode is important for anyone with anxiety or anyone with a loved one who suffers from anxiety. Four years ago, in the earliest days of the Covid-19 pandemic, I stumbled across a video of clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy giving advice on how to manage the increasing anxieties of the lockdown. I asked her to be a guest on the podcast and we then recorded one of the most important conversations of my life. I aired that episode as a BONUS in March of 2020, and decided that I wanted to replay it now as the world continues to feel fraught and uncertain.
