Exploring her passion for food was never first on Helena Faustin's list of career goals or aspirations. Though she always had a love for cooking, Helena spent most of her adult life working in the NICU as a registered nurse. Then, the pandemic hit and she found herself in desperate need of release and a way to escape the burnout of the hospital. Inspired to pick up her cooking utensils, Helena started sharing her zest for Caribbean cooking online and almost 500,000 followers later...the rest is history. Helena shares the many lessons she has learned along the way during her #dreamdriving journey and gives her tips for others who are interested in unabashedly exploring their passions and seeing where it takes them.
