216: Reframing Teenage Periods & Why Girls Need Our Support with Eliza Reynolds

Eliza Reynolds a best-selling author, speaker, and founder of Badass Girls. She’s spent the last 15 years creating space for preteen and teen girls to be their authentic selves and now offers online mentorship programs teaching emotional intelligence, embodiment, body literacy, and more for big-hearted preteen and teen girls who are tired of faking it at Badass Girls.

In this episode, Eliza and I talk about why she became a mentor for preteens and teens, how we can break the negative stereotypes around teenage girls, what you can do to support your teen with their period problems, why it’s possible for you and your teen to thrive throughout the teenage years, and so much more!

This conversation is like a healing balm for anyone who was traumatized by their teenage years and it will be super helpful for you if you’ve got girls in your life who are heading towards puberty or are already in it. This episode was one of my favorites and I know you’re gonna love it too!
