A few episodes ago, we started our latest big project: the vampire and mummy movies of Donald F. Glut! This time, we take a look at the second in the series, and the first mummy film, The Mummy’s Kiss! An evil Egyptian sorceress returns from the dead in modern day (well, 2003) L.A., and searches for the reincarnation of her long lost love. It’s a whole thing. Richard Lynch is there, and so is the great Mia Zottoli, and the vastly underrated Sasha Peralto (who can’t act but has very adorable cheeks). Don sure did it with The Erotic Rites of Countess Dracula, but what will happen when he takes on Egypt?
Plus, the life and career of Katie Lohmann, who shows up in the movie as the goddess Isis. Lohmann appeared in Playboy as Miss April 2001, and showed up on countless magazine covers, and also had (small) roles in some pretty big movies, like A.I., and...uh, The Hot Chick?
