Since the Senate passed the Inflation Reduction Act, GOP lawmakers have attacked the legislation’s climate and energy components. But as the bill heads to the House of Representatives today and President Joe Biden’s desk in the near future, former GOP lawmakers and Republican allied groups warn the party risks overreaching and alienating key voting groups.
