It was a Wild weekend of Racing and C26 Triathlon Camping and we get into it all. Plus, we really look at why we might do such a tough sport and what keeps driving people to the finish line. We contend that you must do hard things to improve in life and they create a Ripple Effect across everything you do. Race energy, training breakthroughs, and building confidence.
