We follow Detective Billowin once more as he makes his way to Waterdeep with two companions, Bo a monk from the Order of the Eternal Wheel, and Skellig who is played by Ed from Dungeon Manager. With the information Death Shift gave Billowin, he has planned to go to Waterdeep to see just how bad it is in this metropolis on the coast. Bo is played by Dick from the Backwater Bastards
